SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping

Bike Barn uses multiple Courier Operators to transport your orders, depending on the size and weight of the product.

  • Satchels + Small Boxes Nationwide 1-3 working days*
  • Bikes + Large Boxes Nationwide 3-5 working days, up to 7 for E-Bikes + Full Suspension.*
  • Rural Deliveries 3-4 working days on top of the above ETA (Please note: RD items may be handed to a third party courier for delivery).

*Shipping times for orders containing Clearance Items can be extended due to stock availability. Please consider the same shipping times as Rural deliveries for Clearance items.

Note that the website office is closed over the weekend and Public holidays so if you place an order on Friday after 2:30pm, Saturday or Sunday we won't process it until Monday. During sale periods the above delivery times may be extended.

There are occasions where some orders have different items which are sourced from different Bike Barn locations around the country and as a result your items may arrive separately even thought they are part of the same order.


Delivery Charges

  • All orders exceeding $75 qualify for FREE shipping
  • All orders less than $75 will be charged a flat rate of $5

Please note all bikes are sent boxed, and it is recommended that they are assembled by a trained professional.

We also allow for a 'pick up from store' option. The goods will be sent to the shop and you will be notified when they have been received either by a call or email.


Damaged Goods

When receiving damaged stock please sign for it with DAMAGED and underneath sign your name.

Take photos of the damaged box and product. Email to Bike Barn customer services (support@bikebarn.co.nz) the same day you receive the damaged product. (The Courier may not accept a claim if you do not sign as damaged).

Please put the product aside and wait for further instructions on what to do with the product.

Order Tracking

An automatic tracking email is sent once your order is in-transit. If you have not received your tracking email and it has been two working days since it was placed, please locate your order number and contact our web team HERE.
