Bike Barn uses TOLL IPEC to ensure the fastest possible delivery of your goods.
Note that the website office is closed over the weekend and Public holidays so if you place an order on Friday after 2:30pm, Saturday or Sunday we won't process it until Monday. During sale periods the above delivery times may be extended.
Please also note that there are occasions where some orders have different items which are sourced from different Bike Barn locations around the country and as a result your items may arrive separately even thought they are part of the same order.
Please note all bikes are sent boxed, and it is recommended that they are assembled by a trained professional.
We also allow for a 'pick up from store' option. The goods will be sent to the shop and you will be notified when they have been received either by a call or email.
When receiving damaged stock from Toll or IPEC please sign for it with DAMAGED and underneath sign your name.
Take photos of the damaged box and product. Email to Bike Barn customer services (firstname.lastname@example.org) the same day you receive the damaged product. (Toll/IPEC may not accept a claim if you do not sign as damaged).
Please put the product aside and wait for further instructions on what to do with the product.
