DELAYS IN THE PROCESSING OF ONLINE ORDERS
Thank you for your support. We are delighted with the strong support we have been shown by our loyal customer base (both old and new). Please be aware that we are working around the clock to get on top of the demand and more resources are being added every day to ensure we fulfill your order as soon as possible. We are also being impacted by network issues beyond our control which are frustrating many people in our and similar industries. To avoid adding to the pile of messages our web team is working through, we please ask that you wait at least three days before following up on phone or email. The best suggestion we have (if you want something urgently) is to call your local store to confirm what they have available in stock and either order it over the phone or online and ask them to put the order aside for you. Once they have your order confirmed they should be able to allocate you the stock quickly.

28/04/2020 - Happy Level 3 Day!
As we move to level 3 on Tuesday the 28th of April you can now shop for Bikes, parts, accessories and scooters online (or by calling your local store directly and paying over the phone) for either contactless delivery or safe collection from your local store.
As biking has become one of the most popular activities during the lockdown we have seen a huge surge in ordering and we are working as hard as possible to process all of the orders as quickly as possible. If the item you have purchased is not already in-stock with the store, please wait for them to get in touch with you to inform you your order is ready and arrange a collection time.
For Workshop inquiries or Bike servicing needs please contact your local store directly, contactless pickup and drop off options will be arranged from the 28th onward.

20/04/2020 - Bikes can now be ordered
With the government’s announcement today that we will move to COVID-19 Alert level three from Tuesday 28 April, we will now be taking bike orders again. We will be taking orders through our website only to ensure all transactions are contactless and safe for both staff and customers and look to make our stores available as contact centres. We are expecting to back log so get your orders in now but please wait until we have confirmed that your order is ready for pick up. More details to follow soon.
07/04/2020 - Goods Deemed Essential are being shipped
We are now able to deliver orders for products deemed essential, to support our essential workers with transport. Dispatch is limited to our distribution warehouse location, with a restricted number of staff working. All stores will remain closed.
Due to uncertainly in the distribution network, we would like to advise our customers that estimated delivery time frames could be slightly longer than normal but we are working hard to ensure we keep this to a minimum.
Which Items are available for dispatch?
Essential items include bike parts such as Tubes and Tyres. Accessories such as Helmets, Pumps and Lights. Items with the word ESSENTIAL on the product image are available for immediate dispatch. We are unable to dispatch Scooters or Bikes. If you believe anything else we have is essential please contact our web team.
Can I still order a Bike or Scooter?
Yes, however we will be unable to dispatch your order until restrictions ease further.
24/03/2020 - Closures and Dispatch delays
Bike Barn stores will be closed from 1pm Tues 24th March until further notice. If you have a click and collect order at one of our stores please get in touch with one of our web team here.
Online Orders placed prior to Wed 25th March will be fulfilled and dispatched from our supplier warehouse. Some low stock items may no-longer be accessible for dispatch, if this is the case for your order one of our Web Team will be in touch.
Online Orders placed after Wed 25th March are unable to be fulfilled until further notice, we are working to open lines of dispatch however we support and respect the New Zealand Governments decision to close non-essential services and prioritize the delivery of medical and food supplies.
