Shipping and Delivery

Free shipping on orders $75 and over

At Bike Barn we offer free shipping on all orders $75 and over to any New Zealand address.

 

$5 Flat rate on all orders under $75

If your order is under $75 we do charge a flat rate of $5 for your order to be shipped (Rural addresses included). We aim to keep our shipping charges as low as possible without compromising your expected delivery time!

 

Shipping times

Please allow 7 working days for the delivery of your order. We ship all of our orders with TOLL IPEC as they provide Track and Trace services. A signature is required by a driver for your delivery to be successful. If no one is home when delivery is attempted the goods will be returned to the nearest deport and a card to call will be left with instructions on how to arrange collection or redelivery. If you wish for your parcel to be left at your delivery location please state this ‘Attention to leave’ on your delivery instructions.

 

Pick up in store

We also allow for a ‘pick up from store’ option. The goods will be sent to the shop and you will be notified when they have been received either by a call or email. This will take 5 working days to reach a store.

 

PO BOX addresses

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to a PO BOX address. You will need to provide us with a street address for delivery to be made. If you have accidently supplied us with a PO BOX address we will put your order on hold and make contact with you.

 

Rural Deliveries

Please note that rural deliveries can take up to an extra 3 days depending on your rural location. (Please note: RD items may be handed to a third party courier for delivery)

 

Split delivery of orders

Please also note that there are occasions where some orders may need to be supplied from two different Bike Barn locations around the country. If this is the case your items may arrive at different times.

 

Un-boxing your bike

Please note all bikes sent are boxed, and it is recommended that they are assembled by a qualified bike professional.

 

Damaged goods

If you receive your order from Toll and it is apparent that the stock has been damaged in transit please sign for it with DAMAGED and underneath sign your name

Take photos of the damaged box and product. Email to Bike Barn customer services info@bikebarn.co.nz the same day you receive the damaged product. (Toll may not accept a claim if you do not sign as damaged or if they are not informed within 48hours of being delivered)

Please put the product aside and wait for further instructions from the Bike Barn Team.

 

Tracking your order

Currently we are going through a few system changes which means that you as the customer are not emailed your tracking information when your order is shipped. If you wish to have a track and trace for your order please email us info@bikebarn.co.nz and we will be more than happy to supply this for you.
