How do I go about returning my order?

If you are not 100% satisfied you can return your purchase to any of our stores for an exchange or store credit. See terms and conditions.

 

What do you charge for shipping?

Orders under $50 are $6.50 for freight (excludes bikes). Bikes are a flat rate of $15. Orders over $50 are freight free (excludes bikes).

 

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed and sent from our warehouse on the same day or else if ordered after 3pm on a Friday it will leave our warehouse on Monday. North Island orders 2-3 working days, South Island 3-4 working days and rural deliveries 4-7 working days.

 

Do you ship to PO boxes?

No we cannot, it must be a physical address.

 

Do you take finance?

Finance is available in-store.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Online we accept; Visa, Master Card and AMEX.

 

Do I get a warranty with my purchase?

All of our products come with a warranty. Most products have 12 month, bikes vary from 2 years to a lifetime.

 

Do you have a catalogue?

Yes we do, there is an online copy as well as a physical copy that is available in-stores.

 

Can you sponsor me?

We receive hundreds of applications every year for sponsorship. We currently sponsor major events, riders and scooter teams. If you are running a charity auction or charity event and would like our help just send us an email and we will see what we can do.

 

The product is online but I can’t purchase it, what’s happening?

This means that the product is currently out of stock in our warehouse but may be available still in our stores.

My refund has not shown up in my bank account.

If your order has been cancelled by us we will normally inform you of this and process you a refund or store credit. Your refund can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.

 

Can I arrange for my order to be picked up from the store?

Yes you can, in the checkout section there is an option for ’deliver to store’.
