Terms and Conditions

·        Purchase or use of the Gift Card represents your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you let another person use or take possession of your Gift Card, you must inform that person that they will be bound by these terms and conditions.

·        This Gift Card is only redeemable for merchandise sold at any Bike Barn store and may not be redeemed for cash.

·        The Gift Card credit will expire 12 months after the initial top up. After the Gift Card has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined and any outstanding balance will be forfeited.

·        The Gift Card can be initially loaded with any value between $20 and $10,000.

·        No change will be given.

·        Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Any unused balance will not be refunded or transferred to a new Gift Card.

·        The bearer of the Gift Card may use the Gift Card to make purchases of goods/services from any Bike Barn store. The Gift Card may not be used for any other purpose.

·        Gift Cards are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.

·        The Gift Card should be held in a secure place, as any person holding the Gift Card may be able to use its value to make purchases.

·        Gift Cards will be void and will not be redeemable if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way.

·        If you wish to return goods you purchased with your Gift Card it is not possible to reimburse funds to the Gift Card. The Bike Barn shop will need to provide a refund or credit subject to the terms and conditions under which the original purchase was made at the store.

·        Bike Barn reserves the right to cancel any Gift Card, or the Gift Card programme, for any reason at any time without notice. If this occurs the balance on all valid Gift Cards may be refunded.

Bike Barn may vary these terms and conditions from time to time by displaying a notice of change on our website and at each place the Gift Card is sold.

The Bike Barn Gift Card is a prepaid card which allows the holder of the card to shop at any participating Bike Barn retailer. The value added to the card can be used on any purchase in-store, including any items on discount.

The recipient of the card is able to use the card on as many occasions as they choose, until the value of the card is redeemed.

Bike Barn Gift Cards expire 12 months after the initial loaded date.

  1. Where can Bike Barn Gift Cards be purchased?

Bike Barn Gift Cards can be purchased and redeemed at any Bike Barn store throughout New Zealand. They can also be purchased on the Bike Barn website.

  1. Can more value be added?

No, Bike Barn Gift Cards are non-reloadable. Once the initial amount has been loaded the card cannot be re-loaded again.

  1. What if a Bike Barn Gift Card is lost or stolen?

Please treat Bike Barn Gift Cards as cash. Cards will not be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen. Check T’s & C’s.
